No financial service or advice through this site

The site does not provide a bank account, payment, custody, credit, financial product, financial product advice, legal advice, tax advice or regulatory approval. Do not make a financial, legal, compliance, procurement or technology decision solely in reliance on website content.

01

Acceptance and operator

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. The site is operated by Turing Ultra Pty Ltd, ACN 699 754 044, a proprietary company registered in New South Wales, Australia.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of accepting these terms. The site is intended primarily for business and professional users.

02

General information only

Website content is provided for general information and preliminary business discussion. It is not tailored to your institution, licence, jurisdiction, technology estate, security posture, risk appetite or regulatory obligations.

References to banking, payments, settlement, KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions, security, audit, governance or regulated operations describe product domains. They do not represent that Turing Ultra or any product is licensed, approved, certified, compliant or suitable for a particular regulated use unless that conclusion is stated in a separately signed document supported by current target-specific evidence.

03

Product, performance and customer statements

Product descriptions, diagrams and workflows may be illustrative. Features, integrations, deployment models, timeframes and operating outcomes depend on scope, configuration, third-party providers, customer systems, jurisdiction, implementation and validation.

Attributed customer statements describe historical experiences and do not guarantee a future result. Product references may have been normalised to reflect the current portfolio name while preserving the attributed statement. Capability and performance statements should be tested during diligence and contracting for the proposed target environment.

Publication does not establish Turing Ultra's ownership, licence scope, exclusivity, territorial rights, current product availability or authority to deliver a particular implementation. Those matters require executed rights and customer documents. The public claim register records the disclosure boundary used on this site.

Content concerning governed intelligence describes an internal-first, human-reviewed development direction and illustrative workflows. It is not evidence of autonomous regulated decision-making, universal authority enforcement or production operating effectiveness.

04

Enquiries and contracts

Sending an email, booking a discussion or receiving a response does not create a customer, fiduciary, advisory, partnership, agency or professional relationship. No proposal is binding until authorised representatives execute a written agreement that identifies the agreed scope and terms.

An ordinary email is not a secure channel for highly sensitive information. Do not send payment-card data, health information, government identifiers, passwords, private keys, regulated customer data or confidential production credentials unless Turing Ultra has agreed an appropriate secure method.

05

Acceptable use

You must not:

  • use the site unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
  • interfere with the site, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorisation, bypass access controls or introduce malicious code;
  • scrape, harvest or extract data at a scale or in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load or infringes rights;
  • misrepresent affiliation with Turing Ultra or use the site for phishing, impersonation or deceptive activity; or
  • reproduce, modify or commercialise protected site content except as permitted by these terms or applicable law.

06

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, Turing Ultra or its licensors own the site, its design, text, graphics, product descriptions, trade marks and other content. You may view the site and make a reasonable number of copies for internal evaluation, procurement or record-keeping. No other licence is granted.

Third-party names, marks and attributed statements remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply an endorsement beyond the context expressly stated on the site.

07

Third-party services and links

The site may link to email applications, regulators or other third-party services. Turing Ultra does not control their content, availability, security or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Review the third party's terms before using its service.

08

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice explain the current information flows associated with the site. You are responsible for ensuring that information you send to us may lawfully be disclosed for the intended purpose.

09

Availability and security

We may change, suspend or withdraw website content or functionality. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, current for every purpose or free from harmful code. You should use appropriate security controls and verify important information independently.

10

Liability and non-excludable rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, condition, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

Subject to those non-excludable rights, the site and its content are provided without warranties about completeness, fitness for a particular purpose or a particular business, regulatory or technical outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turing Ultra is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from access to, inability to use, or reliance on this free informational website. This limitation does not apply to fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Liability relating to a purchased product or service is governed by the applicable signed agreement, not these website terms.

11

Changes

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, law or our business. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after publication of an update means the updated terms apply from that publication date.

12

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales and courts entitled to hear appeals from them have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any law that requires a different forum.

Questions about these terms can be sent to corporate@turingultra.ai.
